Shipping within New Zealand
If your delivery address is in New Zealand, your order should arrive within 2-5 working days.
We can’t deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure you give us a physical address. If there are any issues with your address - our team will be in touch.
    • Urban areas in NZ shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.50 NZD
    • Deliveries to New Zealand on orders $70 NZD+ are free
    • Rural Delivery areas $8.50 NZD. If you have a Rural Address, please be sure to mention your RD at the checkout to ensure this reaches you safely. Rural deliveries can sometimes take a bit longer to arrive
International Shipping
International Orders may take 14+ business days to arrive 
Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
    • Deliveries to Australia flat rate fee of $18.50 NZD
    • Deliveries to Australia on orders $100+ are free
    • Deliveries to USA flat rate fee of $25 NZD
    • Deliveries to Europe and UK flat rate fee of $25 NZD
